Double today...Manod Mawr first

Another cracking day so a double was on the cards. Manod Mawr first then Allt Fawr later. As I ventured on to 2m it was evident that there was a lift on and some really good s2s made my log. It was a pity but I couldn’t hang around as Allt Fawr was calling across the valley.

Antenna - 3 band link dipole (60/40/20 (+15m extensions +80m loading coils)

(VHF) Yaesu FT270 & Yaesu FT2 (5watts) into a ‘Slim G’.

Antenna support – 5m Fishing pole
