I was heading North today

Early start as I wanted to make sure I was amongst the first at the car park at SH 697152 where a hefty parking fee of £6 was waiting for me. I was following the Pony path, travelling light with only 2m radio gear and an extra bottle of water on board as well as all the safety stuff and clothing.. A fantastic day of radio once I had set up with loads of s2s and plenty of chasers to chat to…thanks everyone.
